Tammy joined PVG with 15+ years of experience in operations management. Her thoughtful approach to work is grounded in relationship-building and patient decision-making. A top priority for her is supporting an inclusive culture and team unity in the firm. Prior to PVG, she was at Updata Partners, a technology-focused growth equity firm based in Washington, DC, where she was responsible for investor communications, operations and executive support. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Discovery Capital Management, an emerging markets hedge fund, and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network-Rye Brook, an insurance and financial services company. 

Tammy studied at the University of Colorado and then Sacred Heart University, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in General Studies. Tammy is a military spouse and in the past has volunteered with her husband’s unit to provide families with support, communications and unity. She lives in the Southeast with her family.
